You will READ the attached article thoroughly and prepare a report (detailed summary) of the article. Then, you will use the knowledge we have learned in chapter 9 to link the key and major concepts discussed in the article (including the cases of some firms) to those concepts we discussed and are in chapter 9. This report should be 12 font size, double space, and three to four pages. This will be part of your participation grade. Any arbitrary writings will result in a ZERO. Cite the article and book chapter, no google resources are allowed.
